In response to several problems with variable references and a security hole with FTP URLs PHP.net has released PHP 4.4.0, which is most probably the last release in the PHP 4 series.

In our download area you can now find the Hardening-Patch 0.3.2 for PHP 4.4.0 final.

Additionally we have added digital signatures for the official PHP tarballs.
